the hotel was almost nice, but the mattress and pillows woudl ve been better at a roadside motel. also, the pool was freezing without any staff to address my discomfort. imagine expecting a welcome gift for my troubles and instead, just getting ignored. i almost considered a good review, but how could i?

An unforgettable honeymoon escape
Waking up each morning to the picturesque views of Lake Garda was simply enchanting. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring our stay was filled with warmth, personal touches, and excellent service. Relishing our breakfast on the terrace with the scenery was a highlight, and soaking in the spa’s serene atmosphere was the cherry on top. A free shuttle service to Garda town made exploring convenient!
While the outdoor pool was undeniably beautiful, it was a bit chilly during our stay, which may deter some from taking a dip. we found that relaxing in the spa for only an hour was short for such a great facility—it left us wanting more!

Stunning views and lovely staff made our stay unforgettable
We had an incredible week at this beautiful resort, surrounded by breathtaking views of the hills and the lake. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the fresh flowers and balloons left by the housekeeping staff for our honeymoon were such a sweet touch. The outdoor pool and spa brought a real sense of relaxation, and the complimentary shuttle bus to Garda town was perfectly organized. If only the mattress could have been a bit softer, it would have truly been flawless.

What a fantastic stay we had! The spa was a lovely touch, and relaxing by the amazing pool after breakfast with stunning views was a highlight. Just a heads up, the room could have used a little more warmth. a heated pool would be great for cooler days. 😊

Visiting in April meant facing some chilly weather, which made the lack of a heated pool a noticeable downside for swimming enthusiasts. Local transport options were unreliable, so hiring a car is highly advisable if you want to explore various towns around the lake. Plus, it’s a bit disappointing having to leave after a week. it could definitely warrant a longer stay.
